William specializes in the Real Estate side of the business.  He has been a leader in the real estate community for years, over the last three year ranking in the top sales for individuals County wide.  Over the last year he has sold more than 40% of his own listings, while helping many buyers, both experienced and first time, find the home that fits their wants and needs.

Rebekah specializes in the Property Management side of the business, focusing on screening and finding acceptable tenants, collecting rent, paying all maintenance bills, managing trust accounts, providing a detailed statement every month showing your balance, and most importantly, ensuring that your property is kept in good condition.

We go above and beyond what is expected of any professional service provider, building our business rapidly by referral and returning clients.  We take great pride in the work we do.
