Creswell Real Estate

South of Eugene – Springfield on Interstate 5 sits Creswell, a small community of just over 5,000 residents. This quiet community has a rich history, as the Applegate Trail of 1846 cuts through the town, and was believed to be an easiest alternative to the Oregon Trail. Many of Creswell’s current residents are descendants of the Applegate family, and a monument to the trail can be seen at Garden Lake Park.

Creswell is home to Emerald Valley Golf Club, a par-72 championship course on the North Fork of the Willamette River. It offers incredible scenery along with golfing for all skills levels, and is open to the public.

Thrill seekers will enjoy Hobby Field Airport, one of Oregon’s busiest General Aviation Airports, which offers skydiving, flight instruction, aerobatic rides/lessons, and a flight simulator.

The farm-to-fork dining scene is flourishing in Creswell with plenty of farm fresh and local products available throughout the community and at the Farmers’ Market every Tuesday evening during the summer.
