Pleasant Hill Real Estate

Between the Coast Fork and the Middle Fork of the Willamette River sits Pleasant Hill, an unincorporated community of just over 5,600 people. It was the first white settlement in Lane County in 1846, named by Elijah Bristow who, in awe of the beauty of the area, remarked, “What a pleasant hill. This is my claim.”

Pleasant Hill is located on picturesque Highway 58, which follows the Willamette River to the Cascade Mountains, leading to numerous outdoor adventures with its lakes, hot springs, mountain bike and hiking trails, waterfalls, and ski areas along the way.

Author and counter-cultural icon Ken Kesey called Pleasant Hill home until his death in 2001.

    Testimonials

Tyler, please know that your handling of this sale has exceeded even my fairly high expectations. From the first meeting, through the lending process, and then to closing, you have kept me directed and to task on all that needed to be done to complete the deal. Your professionalism has been outstanding as has your commitment and patience. Thank you again so very much. If I have the opportunity to recommend a realtor to friends and clients you will top the list.
