Pleasant Hill Real Estate

Between the Coast Fork and the Middle Fork of the Willamette River sits Pleasant Hill, an unincorporated community of just over 5,600 people. It was the first white settlement in Lane County in 1846, named by Elijah Bristow who, in awe of the beauty of the area, remarked, “What a pleasant hill. This is my claim.”

Pleasant Hill is located on picturesque Highway 58, which follows the Willamette River to the Cascade Mountains, leading to numerous outdoor adventures with its lakes, hot springs, mountain bike and hiking trails, waterfalls, and ski areas along the way.

Author and counter-cultural icon Ken Kesey called Pleasant Hill home until his death in 2001.

Bill spent over two years helping my wife and I find the perfect home for our family. He showed us listing after listing when most would have given up. I recommend R&R to everybody I know. Thank you for all your hard work.
