Price: While the list price has climbed since the start of the year, it looks to have paused for the time being around this plateau.
Inventory: With the exception of the fourth quartile of homes, inventory is trending upward, as the number of newly listed homes is equal than or less to the number of those pending.
Supply and Demand: It's still a seller's market, as home sales continues to outstrip supply, so anticipate upward pricing pressure if this trend continues.
